OH MY GOSH! I LOVED this tea room! I don’t even know where to begin…they made my 25th birthday feel so special. I can’t remember the last birthday where I genuinely felt special as I did today. I reached out to the tea room to have them bake my birthday cake as well, this sponge cake was great. The staff was super friendly and accommodating even when I felt like we were being super obnoxious and overly excited. Everything went flawless, the food was great, and the tea was super yummy. We had fun trying out each others tea pots. The one that stood out to me had mayfield in the name, it was super yummy. I’m just overjoyed with everything, thank you for your help making this birthday go off without a hitch! It was nice to see everyone try something new, I believe that we have converted a few of my guests to tea lovers!

Exquisite! First, just go. Then we can talk. Miss Minerva's Tea Room has moved. It is on Main Street in Culpeper as part of the State Theater building. Enter by Hundred Acre Books, go straight to stairs on the right (I believe elevator is just further ahead). Head to the second floor. There you are. Yes, Sangria Bowl was here before. The outside roof dining and relaxing view are still here. Still walking distance from the train station, 2 1/2 blocks South of Main and Davis. Park for free right across the street if you are driving. No reservations needed Fridays through Sundays. Now that you are here . . . did you notice that Miss Minerva's is not JUST a tea room? It has a full-blown restaurant menu to satisfy everyone. Men too. I had the Bogart roast beef sandwich. It came with a crisp pickle and the freshest fruit salad. The soup of the day was red pepper-tomato. This is THE BEST tomato-based soup I have ever tasted. Ever. If I were running for President, my platform would be to send this soup to the starving people of the world. It would feed them body and soul. This soup will bring world peace. The tea menu is nicely long. I had Miss Minerva's Special Blend which was divine. Tea is served in China cups on a properly set table. The owners are such fun and have great taste in background music. Are you still there? Save a seat for me! I am on my way! I just have to make a quick stop at Hundred Acre Books!

Had a lovely time with my kids and my mom. The food and tea were delicious. My girls had so much fun with the dress up hats and scarves. Service was great. We enjoyed perusing the book store downstairs after our afternoon tea.

A wonderful tea room with a book store attached. One of the really nice things is that if you let them know ahead of time about any food restrictions they can change the items easily
